• ESPN Shop E-mail GiftCards can be ordered in any amount from $10 to $500. You can order or reload your E-mail GiftCards at espnshop.com or by phone at 1.800.762.1701.
• Coupon/discount codes may not be used to purchase an E-mail GiftCard unless specified.

The ESPN Shop E-mail GiftCard and Gift Certificate** is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• To redeem an E-mail GiftCard, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the E-mail. Note: If you have the older E-mail Certificate version, it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN.**
• Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming an E-mail GiftCard or Gift Certificate.
• E-mail GiftCards or Gift Certificates may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another GiftCard unless required by law.
• E-mail GiftCards or Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

** Our E-mail Gift Certificate program has changed as of October 2005.

• NEW! The new E-mail GiftCards will retain the balance if the entire amount is not spent on one purchase for next time you shop!
• If you are using the older version of our E-mail Gift Certificate, which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, you must redeem the certificate in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
